Terms and Conditions

South African Value Added Tax (VAT) is 14% and is applicable to all goods and services offered by Complete Exhibitions (Pty) Ltd (exhibition organiser). All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Exhibition space will only be allocated after receipt of this signed Exhibition Stand Booking Form. A letter of confirmation will be provided to confirm the booking, together with a Tax Invoice for the required amount. A 50% deposit is payable immediately on receipt of the tax invoice and the full payment (outstanding balance)is required 30 days from the date of the tax invoice, or before the All Fresh Conference commences, whichever one occurs first.
All monies due and payable must be received and cheques cleared by Complete Exhibitions prior to the event. No exhibitor will be allowed to begin move-in operations until full payment and a signed booking form has been received by Complete Exhibitions.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation by the exhibitor before 01 August 2011, an administrative fee of R2000.00 will be withheld. Cancellation between 31 August and 30 September 2011 will incur an administrative fee of 50%. No refunds will be considered if cancellations made after 30 September 2011. Once a stand has been confirmed and accepted, a reduction in exhibition space is deemed as a cancellation and will then be governed by the above cancellation policy.
Complete Exhibitions complies with the principles of permission based marketing. Complete Exhibitions may at times send you updated and other news related to the All Fresh Conference and Expo services, events advertisements and sponsorship options. Complete Exhibitions will only pass your information to third party official contractors of the All Fresh Conference & Expo for the purpose of assisting you with your participation. All approved refunds will be paid after the completion of the All Fresh Conference & Expo 2011.
